i almost thought of giving a good review, but the lack of sun beds was absouletely unacceptable. also, when i asked staff for help, i was ignored. it was shocking! and as a special guest, i expected a complimentary bottle of wine at least. overall, it felt like my needs were completely brushed aside!

A family-friendly oasis

The villa was spacious and conveniently located next to the pool, making it easy for our kids to play. Staff provided exceptional service, and we enjoyed a delightful daily breakfast.

The bungalow had a private garden area.

During my stay, I found the main pool unwelcoming as inflatables were not allowed, which disappointed my kids. The evening entertainment was lackluster and failed to engage guests. the dining experience left much to be desired with overpriced drinks and a limited selection of foods that felt repetitive.

great location but minor issues with noise

The bungalow we stayed in was spacious with a large balcony, which allowed us to enjoy some fresh air in the evenings. The pool facilities provided endless fun for the kids, including a dedicated area for them to splash around safely. Every morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast with a wide variety of options. it truly set a positive tone for our days. The staff were exceptionally friendly, promptly addressing any requests we had during our stay.

The noise from outside could be quite distracting at times.

Had a braw time! The villa was pure spacious and clean. Daily breakfast was cracking, loads of options! The staff were dead friendly, proper made us feel welcome. Only downside, the air conditioning could've been better. Would definitely go back.

The apartment was huge and super clean, had everything we needed. Really liked the large heated pool. They provided free towels, which was handy. The flower arrangements around the hotel were stunning, adding a nice touch to the stay. Only downside was the noise from outside. it could get a bit distracting sometimes, especially since we wanted a quieter vibe. But overall, it was comfortable and a good spot for a family trip.

The bungalow we stayed in had a spacious seating area and kitchenette with a microwave. Loved the private bathroom and tile floor. The pools were heated, perfect for kids, and the spa facilities included massages and a fitness centre. Daily breakfast had a huge variety, including fresh fruits and pastries.

We enjoy spacious accommodations, particularly the large bedroom and private balcony. The heated pools are fantastic, making them perfect for winter swims. The hotel's child-friendly activities keep our group entertained, and the friendly staff truly enhance our experience.

The air conditioning could have been better, as it felt inadequate at times.
